Metallica
From Bay Area Thrash to international metal superstardom, Metallica are one of the most important metal bands in the history of music. With seven Grammy Awards, nine full length albums and a legion of dedicated fans. Metallica are responsible for influencing thousands of contemporary metal bands to this day.

Following the disbandment of their former band Creed, members Mark, Brian and Scott formed their own post grunge outfit, Alter Bridge and like the former, success was not difficult to come across. Alter Bridge’s debut single ‘Open Your Eyes’ charted at #2 on the US Mainstream Rock Chart, with their album ‘One Day Remains’ entering the Billboard Top 200 at #5.
With soaring melodies and emotional subject matter Alter Bridge began where Creed left off.

Foo Fighters
They were formed by one of the nicest men in rock. Dave Grohl, the former Nirvana drummer and now the multi talented, multi instrumentalist, all round entertainer and frontman of international chart toppers The Foo Fighters.
They’re the band that everybody loves, with numerous hit songs including ‘Everlong’, ‘My Hero’, ‘Best Of You’, ‘Learn To Fly’ and ‘All My Life’.

Kaiser Chiefs
Led by the irrepressible Ricky Wilson, this Leeds five-piece continue to blaze their own, distinct musical trail, effortlessly winning plaudits amongst music fans and critics alike. With the country still reeling from the huge impact of their 2005 Debut album “Employment”, their recently released second album “Yours Truly Angry Mob” is continuing their incredible run of form.

Editors
In a very short space of time Birmingham foursome The Editors have steadily become one of the UK’s most promising new bands. Led by Tom Smith, their mix of Indie, Post-Punk and Art Rock has seen them gain constant comparisons with the likes of 80s contemporaries Joy Division and Echo & the Bunnymen, alongside modern rivals such as Franz Ferdinand.

KT Tunstall
Brit Award winning, Grammy nominee KT Tunstall won over fans with her platinum selling 2004 debut ‘Eye To The Telescope’ and now her second release ‘Drastic Fantastic’ is about to do the same. Known for her superb live performances, everyone’s favourite rock chick has the world in her hands with an army of fans on both sides of the Atlantic.

Moke
The Verve
Favourite sons of the Brit Pop scene, The Verve emerged on the back of Jagger and Richard’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony” and never looked back. Their “Urban Hymns” LP was one of the Nineties’ top selling records and catapulted them into Brit Award winning, household names.

Stereophonics
From the small Welsh village of Cwmaman, a young band wrote an album, called ‘Word Gets Around’, the album was eventually picked up by V2 Records and soon after hit #6 in the UK album charts. Since then The Stereophonics have become one of the most successful British rock bands, with a staggering five number one charting albums. Now in their 16 year The Stereophonics just keep getting better and better.

Rage Against The Machine
When Rage Against The Machine disbanded, the world felt a huge loss. The loss for one of the most inspirational, creative and politically minded bands, a band that weren’t afraid to take action, shooting a video on top of Wall Street only proved this dedication.
Following individual projects from Zach De La Rocha and Tom Morello, Rage Against The Machine reconciled their differences. The band that inspired a generation got back together to a nation of eager anticipation.

Queens of the Stone Age
Alanis Morissette

This Canadian born singer-songwriter has won a whopping twelve Juno Awards and seven Grammy Awards. She has sold over 55 million albums worldwide, one of which being the rock influenced ‘Jagged Little Pill’, which is not only the best selling debut album by a female artist in the US, it is also the highest selling debut in music history.

Alanis Morrisette has been defined as one of the biggest selling female rock artists in music.

Counting Crows
Influenced by REM, Nirvana and Bob Dylan, San Fransisco based alt rockers Counting Crows have gained high acclaim since their beginning in 1991. Fans flocked toward their debut “August And Everything After” fuelled by the catchy jangle of album track “Mr Jones” and vocalist Adam Duritz’s moody and introspective outlook.
